Synopsis
A tribute to the master Billy Wilder (1906-2002), one of the greatest directors and screenwriters in the history of cinema. Animation gags and a detective-style reporting structure are used to follow Wilder’s trail, in an attempt at uncovering the keys to his cinema. The numerous parallelisms existing between his films and his biography are also highlighted. It includes file interviews and other exclusives with some of people he worked with, such as the actress Shirley MacLaine and the screenwriter George Axelrod.
